You agree to abide by all of the Zechion Ride terms stated here by making a reservation or using our services. Company Overview
Service Agreement for Chauffeured Rides
ZechionRide provides first-rate chauffeured transportation, such as party buses, SUVs, vans, luxury sedans, and limousines. Our service agreement establishes clear expectations for both our clients and our chauffeurs, guaranteeing professionalism and transparency in every reservation.
Clear terms that outline the reservation procedure, payment terms, cancellation policies, and code of conduct support our goal of offering a smooth, secure, and opulent experience.
Zechion Ride Terms & Conditions
Booking Acceptance Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ZechionRide. A booking is considered accepted only after written confirmation or payment authorization. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking without liability for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment Terms
Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking as specified in your reservation confirmation. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and electronic payments. The balance, if any, must be completed prior to service commencement. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or refusal of service.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made within the timeframe specified at booking to avoid cancellation fees. Standard cancellation fees are:
- 50% of the total fare if cancelled within 48 hours of service
- 100% if cancelled within 24 hours or in case of no-show
Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7-10 business days.
Liability & Insurance Terms
ZechionRide holds full commercial insurance covering passengers and vehicles. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events. Liability for property damage or injury related to service is limited to the fare paid. Clients are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests.
Driver Conduct & Client Responsibilities
Our chauffeurs are trained professionals who prioritize safety, discretion, and customer service. Clients must behave respectfully and comply with vehicle rules including no smoking, no alcohol consumption onboard unless authorized, and no illegal activities. chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate service without refund if safety or vehicle rules are violated.
Event & Group Booking Terms
Special terms apply for events and group bookings including minimum booking durations, deposits, and group behavior policies. Group organizers are responsible for communicating rules to all participants and bearing costs for damages caused by guests.
Terms for Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts require a separate agreement detailing billing arrangements, usage limits, and service-level expectations. Corporate clients agree to comply with payment terms and reporting requirements outlined in the corporate service agreement.
